Plate Bеnding
Advanced Bending Capabilities for Heavy Fabrication. We utilize modern plate bending machines for the precise fabrication of thick steel plates, addressing the needs of various industries. Bending Technology: Our 3-Shaft and 4-Shaft CNC Plate Bending Machines, equipped with a Pre-Bending Function, ensure flat-end reduction for optimal welding quality. With encoder-guided alignment (±1 mm tolerance) and advanced digital control systems, we achieve consistent curvature. Our sheet bending machines accommodate widths of 3,000 mm 4,000 mm, with the capability to handle carbon and stainless steel over 150 mm in thickness, depending on the material grade.
Dished heads
Dished ends, also known as dished heads or tank heads, are curved end closures used in pressure vessels, storage tanks, and other cylindrical containers. They provide structural strength, pressure resistance, and efficient fluid flow. Common types include: Flat heads Torispherical heads, Tank ends, Curved discs, Semi-elliptical heads, Semi-Spherical heads.
Laser and plasma cutting
We provide high-accuracy laser and plasma cutting for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys, supporting industries from oil & gas to structural engineering.With 5-axis bevel laser cutting for high-complexity sheet metal components, delivering ready-to-weld edges in a single operation.Cutting Technologies-Fiber Laser Cutting with table dimensions 3500 by 14 000 mm. Materials: Carbon steel (up to 100mm), stainless steel (up to 110mm), aluminum (up to 40mm). The machines are capable to reach Ultra-fine cuts (±0.1mm tolerance) Smooth edges (minimal post-processing) Ideal for intricate shapes & fine details.

Machining
Edge preparation / Chamfering machines with nominal working length of 12 000 mm.Borverg machines up to 12 000 mm, particularly floor-type boring mills, for large and heavy components, such as large body parts.A carousel machine up to 5000mm. for rotational molding.Many types of auxiliary machines - lathes, milling machines, etc.

Metal surface cleaning
We use different types and methods of cleaning. We offer:
Cleaning with silica sand or metal slag, suitable for cleaning rust, old paint, scale while creating a rough surface for better coating adhesion.
Shot Blasting - Machine with six turbines providing cleaning up to Sa3. The system uses huge force to throw steel shots or grit at the metal surface. It's Ideal for heavy-duty cleaning and peening (strengthening metal surfaces).
Bead Blasting (Glass Bead Blasting) Wet and dry with fine glass beads for a smoother, satin-like finish. We use this method often used for aesthetic finishes on stainless steel and aluminum.
Volumetric and local PWHT
We offer heat treatment solutions that comply with ASME and EN standards to ensure the integrity of welds in pressure equipment. Our volumetric post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) full-component heating in certified furnaces suitable for thick-walled vessels (≥25mm) within a temperature range of 600°C – 750°C for stress relief. We provide real-time monitoring using thermocouples and issue certified reports, including hardness tests. Our largest furnace measures H4800 by W5000 by L12,000 mm. For larger components, we utilize local PWHT, which focuses on heating specific weld zones.The PWHT is mandatory for all type thick Pressure vessels , Reactors, distillation columns ect.
